“ Been looking to try this placeforever, had the crispy tacos and my wife with the nachos, everything was so tasty and fresh. The staff was super nice and we are definitely gonna be making this spot a regular place to eat. For both plates, came out to just under 30 bux which included a 2 tip. “ My friend brought me here and said wait till you try bibis tacos! Im thinking ok but I got the taco scene all figured out! I was wrong. Im not sure what he ordered but I believe it was a classic taco assortment one chicken one beef and one pork. I was expecting normal street tacos but these tacos were what Id call gourmet tacos with extra good stuff! I was blown away. they jumped into the lead as my favorite taco! messy, dripping and flavorful. You gotta try it. they will make you a believer! ”

The enchiladas were expertly cooked and had a unique flavor that I hadnt tasted anywhere else. The portion sizes were generous, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her dish. I tried the houseloaded papas tacos, which were cooked to perfection and exceeded my expectations. They are, without a doubt, the best papas tacos in the area! My son Jared ordered the loaded burrito, which was as big as he is, and he declared it his favorite dish at Bibies. My other son, Diego, loves the street tacos de asada. I had a bite, and the flavor of the meat was fantastic! Finally, my son JC also favors the loaded burrito and insists its our top choice for dining out. Id like to highlight the excellent customer service. Even when the restaurant is busy, the staff remains attentive and friendly. The establishment is always clean, which adds to the pleasant dining experience.
